When starting an Iceni campaign, I noticed that I got (queen) Boudica as a general from the start. That's highly unhistorical, Toon. Just wanted to mention that.
Yeah would be neat to have the option for people who want to. You might want to check if there's other generals out of place like that though (and make them recuitable instead).
this can be changed to make her recruitable only so will look into this
